Norwegian School of Entrepreneurship aka Gründerskolen
The Norwegian School of Entrepreneurship aka Gründerskolen is a work-study summer program for Norwegian graduate students, with a proven track record – it started in 1999, and every year since, we have had an average of 25-30 students graduate. That is an incredible 20+ years with 500+ graduates.
During the program, the students attend classes at UC Berkeley while working in Bay Area startups. This summer 39 Norwegian students will live in the Bay Area for 10 weeks, from mid-June to mid-August. We are looking for local startups and companies – like yours - where they can be interns and work on interesting projects. Norwegian youth are very independent and their English skills are excellent. Please sign up if you think you need some help. It is a win-win for you and no obligations if you don’t find a match!

The objective of the program is to give the students a taste of entrepreneurship, to help them with a better understanding of local business culture, and to stimulate ideas that can be of value to them in the future. And, of course, to inspire them to become (better) entrepreneurs and to start their own businesses.
