Anne Salomaa has had a decorated career in creating digital transformations and leading delightful customer experiences for banks. In her current role at DBS, she has shaped the roadmap of digital capabilities and technologies, keeping the end customer center-stage. Prior to her role at DBS Bank, she has worked in multiple geographies, and leadership roles, most notable being Head of Customer Experience & Digital for Foxtel and Medibank. David Brown

David Brown is a design and creative leader with 20 years of global experience delivering products, services and brand experiences that balance the goals of the business and consumer needs. Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, David is currently the regional head of Product UX Design at the Innovation & Design center at Visa Singapore. Where his expertise focuses on human-centered design and creativity, and its application with technology to solve tomorrow’s challenges. Previously, David managed and led multi-disciplinary teams consisting of designers, strategists, and researchers in Sydney and London. Working across a broad range of sectors including financial services, technology, FMCG, automotive, and governmental organisations. Avishek Nandy is a partner based in Bain’s Singapore office. He is an expert in the firm’s Financial Services, Organisation, and Strategy practices. Avishek holds deep expertise across the financial services sphere, specialising in wealth and asset management, private and retail banking, as well as insurance. He focuses on strategy and full potential transformation, with particular expertise in digital, organisation design and Customer Strategy & Marketing. His client portfolio encompasses many of Southeast Asia’s largest financial services entities. Prior to joining Bain in 2011, Avishek worked for another top consulting firm. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from Nanyang Technological University.
Stuart Smith

Stuart Smith, is an experienced technology innovation & design strategy professional with over 20 years of experience, across Asia, Europe, and the US. His forte has been digital transformation and related strategic design issues. In his current role at UOB, he has been instrumental in generating a world-class digital experience for UOB customers most notable being the TMRW initiative.
Prior to UOB, he has been an entrepreneur himself, and an investor in several start-ups. He brings with him extensive experience in setting up and running innovation laboratories, digital accelerators and innovation protocols within a range of organisations.
Kanika Mittal
