Nordic Innovation House Singapore is a Community Partner for the Sustainability Open Innovation Challenge 2022.
The 4th edition of the Sustainability Open Innovation Challenge, launched by Enterprise Singapore, aims to bring together industry partners and creative innovators to co-develop sustainable solutions. Solutions should be implemented locally and regionally before pushing them out on a global scale. For this challenge, Enterprise Singapore has on-boarded a selection of challenge statement owners and strategic partners, each with a unique challenge statement addressing key themes such as:
Zero-waste
Sustainable Food Source
Sustainable Materials
Sustainable Packaging
Renewable Energy
Green Buildings
Winning innovators will access a unique opportunity for co-innovation with corporates, benefiting from their extensive expertise, mentorship and resources. Other prize rewards include potential grant support from Enterprise Singapore, S$70,000 from Hexagon Group, alongside potential funding and test-bedding opportunities from the industry partners themselves.

Challenge Statement Owners
Eligibility Criteria
This challenge is open to all Startups, SMEs, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and Research Institutes (RIs) across the world. IHLs and RIs may participate either through registering a spin-off or submitting a joint proposal with a startup/SME (with the startup/SME as the lead applicant).
